The Challenge

ADLINK were struggling to attract and recruit technology talent in their office locations. The ADLINK brand in key local areas wasn’t well known and they were recruitment for highly specialised technology roles. ADLINK wanted to develop their employer brand in key locations and increase applicant to their live roles, in the UK and internationally.

The Solution

Meta created a careers website for ADLINK, working with teams across the globe to develop their offering to potential candidates and redefine what they offered as employee benefits. Meta also created a candidate pack for applicants to help them understand more about what ADLINK does and what their potential role may entail. The careers website has since fulfilled all live roles at ADLINK and traffic to the website has increased by 400% since 2018.
