Established in 2004, Mobysoft uses big data and predictive analytics to help housing association manage rent payments effectively.

The Challenge

Mobysoft wanted to attract more technology talent to their business in North West England. The area is very competitive for tech talent as its a digital hub with many established technology led businesses. Recruitment companies weren’t working and Mobysoft needed a platform in which to showcase it’s technology, ambitious future plans and fantastic working environment.

The Solution

An event was the obvious solution. Meta planned and managed an event at Manchester Art Gallery for Mobysoft with the single aim of gathering Java Developers together. Expert speakers and the CEO at Mobysoft presented to the delegates to share the exciting business plans and showcase Mobysoft as an employer of choice for developers in Manchester. Mobysoft were introduced to over 40 potential candidates and the delegate feedback was fantastic leading Mobysoft hiring and interview several delegates from the event.
