The Challenge

P3 People Management boasts 100% client retention and so their primary objective became developing new clients. With nearly 80% of their business coming from recommendations and referrals, P3 began the challenge of promoting their excellent work to new clients, in a way in which they could communicate the P3 services and ethos effectively.

The Solution

Hosting an event solely for potential new clients was the solution. Not only would this allow the P3 team to meet with already engaged potential clients, but it would provide them with stage to communicate clearly what P3 does and how it helps businesses. Meta organised the event on ‘Mental Health in the Workplace’, partnering with the Department for Work and Pensions, with great success and feedback. P3 were introduced and presented to over 40 new potential clients and the post event survey showed 100% of the attendees would recommend the session and would attend another event hosted by P3.
